not agree with any of these terms, they must refrain from using the platform.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Account Creation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Access to educational programs is provided through a personal user account.<\/p>\n<p>The user is required to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provide accurate and truthful information,<\/li>\n<li>keep their login credentials confidential,<\/li>\n<li>not transfer, share, or provide access to their account to any third party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Projectyou shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of an account resulting from the user\u2019s actions or omissions.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Use of the Platform<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The platform is intended exclusively for personal educational use.<\/p>\n<p>The use of the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that may affect the proper operation of the platform or the rights of other users is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All educational material available on the platform, including but not limited to notes, presentations, videos, recordings, documents, images, exercises, tests, training manuals, logos, and any other content, constitutes intellectual property of Projectyou and is protected under Greek, European Union, and international intellectual property legislation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Any copying, reproduction, publication, distribution, republication, modification, transmission, storage, public display, recording, video recording, audio recording, or any other form of use, in whole or in part, of the educational material provided through synchronous or asynchronous training is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Projectyou.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The sharing of personal login credentials, granting access to third parties, as well as the use of the same account by more than one individual, is also strictly prohibited.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Violators shall bear any civil, administrative, and criminal liability and may be subject to legal action in accordance with the provisions of Greek Law 2121\/1993 on Copyright and Related Rights, as amended and in force, as well as any other applicable Greek or European legislation.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Access to Courses<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Access to courses is provided according to the terms stated at the time of purchase of each educational program.<\/p>\n<p>Projectyou reserves the right to modify or update educational content in order to improve its services.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Payments and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Purchases of educational programs are completed electronically through a certified payment services provider. Projectyou does not store users\u2019 credit or debit card details.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Once access to the educational material has been activated or the user\u2019s registration on the e-learning platform has been completed, cancellation of the purchase and refund requests are not possible, as the digital educational content has already been made available to the user.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By completing the purchase and activating access, the user acknowledges that they have been informed of and accept this Payment and Refund Policy.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Suspension or Deletion of User Account<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Projectyou reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account without prior notice in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>violation of these Terms &amp; Conditions<\/li>\n<li>unlawful use of the platform<\/li>\n<li>infringement of intellectual property rights<\/li>\n<li>sharing of an account with third parties<\/li>\n<li>any action that threatens the security or proper operation of the platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In such cases, Projectyou may permanently terminate the user\u2019s access without any obligation to provide a refund, provided that this is permitted under applicable legislation and the terms of purchase.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Projectyou makes every reasonable effort to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the platform; however, it does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruptions or technical errors.<\/p>\n<p>Projectyou shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, technical issues of third-party providers, or actions beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Personal Data Protection<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Projectyou\u2019s Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> Amendments to the Terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Projectyou reserves the right to modify these Terms &amp;
